TERMS & CONDITIONS - TAKEOVER 2027

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS -  PLEASE REVIEW THE INFORMATION BELOW

***This reservation is booked as a part of a contracted group***

Note:   A credit card may be required at time of check-in for incidental charges. The resort reserves the right to place a hold in the amount of up to $250 at the time of check-in.  Parking fees, rollaway fees, resort fees and any other charges of a personal nature are not included in the package price and are payable directly to the resort.

AIRPORT & TRANSPORTATION

  • Airfare is not included in the package price.  Please schedule your flight to arrive at the Curaçao International Airport (CUR) - officially known as Hato International Airport.
  • Round trip direct ground transfers are included with your package.  Transportation is valid for the dates of your reservation with The TakeOver Travel.  Should you arrive and/or leave Curacao outside of your reservation dates, an alternate source of transportation will need to be secured at your cost.  There are no refunds or credits on any transportation that is added to your reservation and not used.
  • For more information regarding proper identification requirements, please visit the State Department's consular website at www.travel.state.gov or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's website at www.dhs.gov.

IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS

Please see the immigration details below to enter Curacao. 

  • Passport valid for duration of stay. Immigration may deny entry if the passport is damaged.
  • Digital Immigration Card (DI Card) - All foreign visitors must complete the online Digital Immigration Card before arrival.
  • It can be completed within 7 days before departure. The DI Card is mandatory for entry.
  • Return ticket or proof of onward travel to another country.
  • Proof of funds  for at least $100 USD per month of proposed stay.
  • VISA: Depending on your nationality, a tourist visa may also be required. U.S. citizens are generally permitted to enter Curacao with a passport and do not need a visa for stays up to 180 days within a 365-day period.

It is each guest's responsibility to provide the correct travel documents. Failure to do so may result in being denied boarding. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or features due to flight issues, delays or denied boarding situations.

PAYMENTS

A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit. The deposit amount due will be determined by the payment schedule dates listed below.  All reservations may be paid in full at the time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - Please adhere to the payment schedule outlined on your invoice in order to keep your account current and avoid late fees and/or cancellation.

                        Deposit   -   20% of the total balance

        August 15, 2026   -   40% of the total balance due

  November 15, 2026  -   60% of the total balance due

       February 15, 2027  - 80% of the total balance due

           April 30, 2027  -   100% of the total balance due

 Payments Payments that are seven (7) calendar days past the payment schedule due date will incur the following late payment penalties:

  • 1st Offense:  $75.00 Late Payment Penalty
  • 2nd Offense:  $150.00 Late Payment Penalty
  • 3rd Offense:  $250.000 Late Payment Penalty
  • 4th Offense:  Cancellation & Forfeiture of Reservation (non-refundable).

All Payments are non-refundable.  All payments are non-transferrable.


The Reservations are per room and not individual.  In the event that guests are submitting payment individually, please ensure all guest payments are timely in order to prevent the room reservation from becoming delinquent.  All guests listed on the reservation (per room) will be emailed in the event of a severely delinquent roommate over thirty (30) days.

Once your deposit has been received, your reservation will be finalized.  Please do not book any flights until your reservation is confirmed and finalized with The TakeOver Team.  


PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking pre & post dates, your reservation will be finalized after we have received your initial deposit AND the resort has confirmed the availability of the requested dates.  Should the dates requested on your initial reservation outside of the main dates not be available, you will have the option of reducing the days of your stay to the dates of the actual event which is June 25-28, 2027.


BOOK NOW...PAY OVER TIME! The TakeOver Travel has partnered with several third-party vendors that provide flexible payment options. FlexPay (formerly Uplift), Affirm, PayPal Pay Later & Klarna are a few of our partners.


METHODS OF PAYMENT

We welcome the following forms of payment: 

  • Credit Card - 3% processing convenience fee may apply
  • Check - P.O. Box 1001 Simpsonville, SC 29681
  • Zelle Payments - The Zelle Account email is:  info@TheTakeOverTravel.com. 

In order to avoid any late fees/penalties, please note the payment schedule deadlines when mailing a check.  Checks are not accepted for past due payments.

Should you find an error on any credit card charge, the TakeOver Travel will be more than happy to research and resolve the matter.  Please send an email to info@TheTakeOverTravel to report the error.  Filing chargebacks could result in your reservation being canceled and may prevent future travel.

  

CANCELLATION POLICY  

All payments are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to receive reimbursements for any travel-related interruptions and/or delays. In the event you cannot attend, you have the option to sell your reservation privately to another individual. All reservation changes must be submitted to The TakeOver Travel AND approved by the primary guest on the reservation before it is finalized. Guests purchasing a reservation must review and sign the travel disclosure.


Reinstatement of Reservations: Should your travel reservations be canceled (either by yourself or due to nonpayment), you may reinstate your reservation by notifying us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the date of the cancelation.  A reinstatement fee of $200.00 USD will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to reinstate your reservation.  No changes are allowed on reinstated reservations.


TRAVEL DISCLOSURES

The primary booking guest as well as individual guests receiving an invoice must review, initial & sign the Travel Disclosure (this document) before the reservation is confirmed.  This disclosure is important as it reiterates The TakeOver Travel’s Terms & Conditions. The TakeOver Travel reserves the right to cancel bookings without a fully acknowledged travel disclosure.


ADDITIONAL NIGHTS 

Adding additional room nights are based on resort availability.  Upon receiving your request, we will confirm availability with the resort.  The additional nights include the all-inclusive benefits of the resort.  Any activities scheduled during the pre/post dates will be optional and an additional expense. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS UNTIL YOUR ADDITIONAL NIGHTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED. The rates quoted for the additional nights are valid 6/22/2027-6/30/2027.

RATES ARE PER PERSON AND APPLY TO ALL GUESTS ON THE RESERVATION


CHANGES & REVISION

Please make sure the names (excluding the middle name) listed on your reservation match what is listed on your travel documents. Once a reservation has been made, guests have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of reservation to update and/or correct any information submitted without a penalty.  Any changes afterwards will be assessed a change fee of $75.00 USD. 

All reservations made after May 1, 2027,  will have three (3) calendar days to correct/update the reservation without penalty.  Any changes afterwards will be assessed a change fee of $75.00 USD.

ACTS OF GOD – In the event the trip must be postponed due to government related travel restrictions, and/or acts of God, all reservations & payments will be applied to the rescheduled future date.

THE TAKEOVER EVENTS 

Due to our contractual obligations with the resort, events planned for THE TAKEOVER TRAVEL are exclusively for guests who have made their reservations directly with THE TAKEOVER TRAVEL.  Day and/or party passes are not available for purchase.  

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

The TakeOver Travel may use video, images, pictures, and sound for current and future marketing purposes.  These images may be used publicly without any claim to fees, rights, royalties and/or compensation.

The TakeOver Travel, Premier Travel Group, & KHM Consulting occasionally enter into contracts with hotels and air, land, or water transportation companies, but all such entities are owned and operated by independent contractors.

The TakeOver Travel, Premier Travel Group, & KHM Consulting are not responsible for any negligent or willful act, omission, or failure to act on the part of any such entity or its employees, or of any other third party beyond its direct control. The TakeOver Travel, Premier Travel Group, & KHM Consulting name and logo may appear on posted or hand-held signs at your hotel, at the airport of your departure or destination, in vans, buses, coaches or elsewhere during your vacation. This use of the name and logo is solely intended to help you identify persons or entities who might provide services to you during your trip, but does not indicate, and should not be understood by you to indicate that the above named companies own, control, or operate any entity displaying such a sign, or that the above named companies employs or controls any person holding or displaying such a sign.

The itinerary is subject to change without notice, including by not limited to entertainers, events, vendors, venues, etc.

All sales are final.  No refunds will be made for “No-Show” guests or non-payment.


By submitting your initial deposit you acknowledge and affirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms and information contained herein. Furthermore, you certify that you have communicated all relevant details to, and obtained acknowledgment from, all individuals included in your reservation.
